Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your WishingGoat account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective materials and boxes to ensure they remain undamaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
